Hello, I’ve had an Ender 3 v3 plus for over a year now. I use it for commercial printing. Unfortunately, the printer has significant problems with TPU printing; the filament often gets crushed in the extruder. The filament is 95A TPU. The printer is regularly serviced and has a new extruder with a new motor and nozzle. During a longer print, the print will either come out or the entire nozzle will become clogged with melted TPU. I was wondering about installing a DXC extruder, which is compatible with the K1. Is there any way to fit it in? Or do you have any ideas for fixing the filament blockage? I print with 1.2mm retraction and a 40mm speed.
