Ender 3 v3 plus extrusion system failure

My Ender 3 v3 plus got stuck and does not allow the filament to be inserted, after a week of use.

It might be the extruder clogging, you have to confirm whether the filament is jammed in the extruder or blocked in the throat tube. If you cannot manually pull out the filament, it indicates that the filament is jammed inside the extruder, and you need to clean the filament and filament powder inside the extruder. If the PETG/PLA filament is of poor quality or damp, it may cause extrusion difficulties. Ensure the filament is dry and of good quality.

Hi Jimmy:
You sure got that right!
Long story short, I have some PETG which is the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life!
I did dry it, but that didn’t help.

When trying to print the parts that are built into the machine, to "tune’ the filament, it jammed up inside the long nozzle, up into the heat break part and nothing I can do will get it all out.
I got a lot out, but there’s still a “coating” of it on the inside of the nozzle wall.

I can pass the long pin through it, but filament has way too much resistance, even PLA, that the extruder just grinds against the filament and can’t push it through.

I had to replace the nozzle. sigh

At some point, I hope to get a long, mini wire brush to see if I can get it all out.

Good warning to only use good quality filament.
