Ender-3 v3 Plus Gantry Issue

Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum, I just got a Ender-3 v3 plus, assembled it and ran calibration. First print is a Benchy Boat from the supplied USB drive. I then slice my own first file from Creality Print and each time I try to start the print, it homes and for some reason the gantry runs into the Z axis top height stop and trys to keep going, then trys leveling and fails then try again. I dont know if something is wrong with the profile in Creality Print, anyone else have this issue and if so know a soultion.

Welcome to the Creality Forum…! Creality

Possible Cause:
On the top left side of the frame there is a limit switch with two switches. One you can see and it’s for the x or left to right. The other one is underneath that same switch and it might be stuck or not properly plugged in…

The wires for that switch plug into the stepper motor on the left side of the build plate. Check that they are plugged in snug…

Sounds like a stepper motor wire has been connected incorrectly. Check your wiring would be my first step.
