so, I had a print failure and didn’t catch it right away, long story short I need to replace the hot end. my issue is I cannot find the entire hot end with heat sink. I can get the ceramic heater end and new nozzles, but the unicorn nozzle looks like it goes into the heat sink and is one piece. I was able to remove the nozzle but the part inside the heatsink is stuck. my question is how do I get it out or do I have to? are the nozzle and the top part two different pieces or does anyone know where i can get an entirely new hot end?

you can get the PN there, then contact support 
I never saw complete assembly sold, but you can get heat sink, they seem have part number so you can try email Creality if you’re not in Australia. I got a spare just in case, as I had similar case happen on Ender 3 V3 SE but I did get Micro Swiss version, which I don’t think Micro Swiss make one at the moment.
Amazon has all the Creality parts for Ender-3 V3 se, and plus, plus most other models.
I rather not spend my money with amazon, where possible.
