Ender 3 V3 Plus stops extruding mid-print after hotend replacement. Support says the print head is dead. Help!

Hey guys, I need some help. My friend and I bought a Creality Ender 3 V3 Plus, and we managed to print smoothly for 5 consecutive months. However, out of nowhere, it started clogging. I thought the issue was the hotend, so I bought a brand new one, applied thermal paste to the correct spots, and it went back to printing perfectly.

But now, all of a sudden, it started clogging again. I disassembled everything, checked the extruder, and there was nothing stuck inside. I contacted Creality support, and they claimed the entire print head is dead/faulty. The real issue is that I have another Ender 3 V3 Plus that is already out of warranty, and it is experiencing the exact same problem.

I’m using Creality’s own PETG and PLA, both dried properly in a filament dryer. The printer only uses the filament when I manually load it, but right after that, it simply stops extruding/pulling the filament. Any ideas on what this could be?
