Ive had my printer for only a few weeks now. After having to take apart the extruder to remove a clog, my touchscreen stopped working. Ive already spent over $80 in ribbon cords and an official Touchscreen kit with a new screen. The printer will turn on completely fine, but the screen will not. Because of this, I cant even access my printer on the app to print from. Any advice on what I should do? Ive reached out to creality on both Reddit and their CS email.
The printer has all its wires in place, plugged in, and cleaned.
