Ender 3 V3 SE Mainboard Fried; Replacements?

Hey, I short circuit the hotend’s pins and now my printer doesn’t register via usb. Note that I flashed Klipper onto it.

If you know what could have blown on the mainboard and if it is repairable, then please let me know.

That aside, I’m looking at two replacements: the SKR Mini E3 V3 and the SKR Pro V1.2

Are either of these compatible with the ender 3 v3 se? Or are there any other alternative boards?

Those aftermarket board work, but you need re-pin/crimp those connector, its easier to just replacement board.
