Ender 3 V3 SE not accepting SD cards.

I recently acquired a V3 SE from my school which has previously worked many times. I plugged in my SD card and nothing’s worked. I’ve tried:

  • using different SD cards
  • formatting it to FAT32, 4096kb
  • updating the firmware to the most recent version
  • factory resetting the printer
  • uploading different gcode files

Is there anything else I should do before contacting support?

I think you should. Generally, formatting the SD card to FAT32 and 4096 allocation bytes is enough

I guess the port on the motherboard is broken.
