Ender 3 v3 Se : Z stop issues

I have a problem with my ender 3 v3 se printer: the Z-stop no longer works. I think a piece of plastic must be stuck somewhere. I can’t locate the Z-stop sensor. Could you help me?

The V3SE uses both the CRtouch and the corner strain sensor to set the z limit/bed level. There is no limit switch for z-stop.

In my case, if I make a G28, the nozzle presses indefinitely on the print bed, forcing me to turn it off to avoid damaging the material. The crtouch indicates no error (no red light).

Check that the strain sensor is connected its board under the bed and also that the board is connected to the cable that comes from the mainboard, check that too. If it is not the connections causing a problem then the strain sensor or daughter board may have broken. You can get the strain sensor and daughter board off Aliexpress, I think both are bought together.
