I brought a brand new 3d printer, a 1st 3d printer for my son. We have downloaded everything and uploaded the picture to the SD that has been formatted to what they say. The file is saved under gcode and I can see it on the laptop but can’t see it on the printer.
The SD card that come with it doe not work at all, used 2 different SD cards I had in cameras reformatted the cards and nope nothing shows on the printer.
I have emailed and they have said they will send a new motherboard but I’m worried it will be hard to replace and I’m getting to the stage off just sending it all back.
Any advice please
