Does anyone know what size the IDE cable for the touch screen is? I want to put it in an enclosure and would like to get and extension cable to mount the touch screen outside of the enclosure. Also with the power supply being internal will it be fine inside of an enclosure or should it be moved to the outside as well.

That’s an answer I would also like to have for the same reason. I dont want to enclose the printer and leave its eletronics frying inside. My plan was to build an enclosure and leave the printers botton exposed so it could be safe from the heat but without a cable extension, the project is stalled
In my case I bought a 40 pin extension cable from Ebay for less than $10, and it works like a charm. Even the touchpad works.
