How is everyone doing? I recently purchased the ender 3 v3 with the co print system. The printer itself works amazing, however the co print system is a nightmare. I have not been able to get the ender to recognize the co print- printer head and get nothing but error codes key 111 and key 2335. I have spent almost a month doing every type of trouble shooting I can come up with and everything Creality has offered as a resolution. I reached out to co print and they are of no help, they told me there was something wrong with my printer which I know is not correct as it prints perfectly with its factory print head attached. Has anyone gotten the co print head to work with the ender 3 v3? and if so what did you have to do?

I’m not kidding on this one, ask for a refund. The ender 3V3 is an awesome printer for its price but the CoPrint is a real mess. Their support is non-existant, they forward everything to Creality…
I’ve heard many issues with CoPrint and it sometimes works but that’s rare 
So I have gotten the 4 color co-print KCM kit to work or at least to start printing but still comes with problems.
Here is my problem at the current moment, 72 hours in:
prints on only the front half of the bed, I cannot for the life of me get it to utilize the whole bed area. I get error key 2334 and something else (I’m at my day job so I can’t remember what the other codes are atm). I have attempted to edit the bed_mesh.cfg and it still kicks an error out.
When I attempt to use a USB hub to power the KCM and use my camera, I get nothing and it loses connection(power). Yes I have tried to edit the printer.cfg, kcm.cfg, and chomahead.cfg and still nothing comes of it.
I am currently going through all the .cfg files that they have created to hopefully find the error and correct everything
11/27/25 update:
Do not destroy the old dismantled head, if for some reason you have to do a “factory reset” you will need it to to move past the “initial self-check” on boot up.
