I was wondering if you could connect Ender 3s1 Plus with your computer by cable. If you can can someone tell me how.

It is not very common for the printers to be connected to a PC/laptop via USB as most people will often use a Raspberry Pi or Creality Wifi Box as it will make the printer wirelessly accessible.
