Ender 3v3 KE filament extruding from the top of the hotend and prints coming loose from the jotplate while printinting.

Creality Ender 3v3 KE - filament leaking from the top of the hotend and several printing items comes loose from the hotplate while printing.

Filament: Standard PLA

Hotend Temp: 220 Celsius

Hotplate Temp: 50 Celsius

Hi!
Your printer may need some adjustments and calibration. Please check the following video:

The other reason could be the z-offset is too big. You can adjust it dynamically while the printer is doing first layer. Here you can see how the good first layer should look:

You can manipulate the first layer look by adjusting z-offset as I said before.
