My Ender 3V3 Ke startet to work poorly. The problem is that the first leyer is not sticking to print bed, and the nest is build around the nozzle. I have tryed to: clean the bed, change the nozzle, tight the screws that hold the bed, and do automatic z level in the printer settings. After that i still have the problem. Same program was working fine month ago, and now not. Here is the picture after automatic z level offset. Can someone help me solve this problem. Many thanks.
The autolevel isn’t always quite there and you need to adjust the z-offset a little manually to get the filament to best stick to the bed. A range of 1.6 on the bed is a little high but the autolevelling software should be able to cope with that.
Hey Bonfireman,
Thank you for replying fast. I have tried with autolevelling in the printer setting, but first layer still didnt stick. How to adjust manually?
See the bottom righthand image, under the adjust menu you can adjust the z-offset until you get a good adhesion to the first layer. Once I have done this I turn off autocalibrate for every print as it resets my newly tuned z-offset. Try printing a large square area 1 layer thick and adjust the z-offset on that.
