I have been using Ender Fast 1.75 PLA with no issues. I purchased some RFID and it clogs up my nozzle and extruder. I’ve cleaned everything twice and after about a hour of printing everything clogs. In between cleanings I ran the printer for eight hours with the Ender Fast PLA with no problems. I then tried the RFID again and clogged up again. I installed a new nozzle after the fist print failure and upgraded the extruder. after the second clog I installed a hardened steel nozzle and a new heating block. I don’t want to use the RFID until I can get some answers. I’m running at 220c and have the bed set at 55c. Has anyone used the PLA RFID with good results? if so what are your settings?
Do you try to run it at max speed? Slow it down and see what happens…

May I ask where you got the hardened steel nozzle for your Ender 5 Max? I’ve been looking for one and so far have come up empty.
