Ender 5 Max Hot End Issues

I just replaced the original Hot End on my newly purchased Ender 5 Max due to a nozzle clog that surrounded my hot end wires. I replaced the hot end after the printer gave an error about the thermistor may be disconnected. I thought I must have damaged the wires while removing the filament? After receiving the new hot end replacement, I installed it and went to test the extrude filament at 275 c and it gave me an error stating that “nozzle heating not as expected”. Researching this says to check the connections, so I did. I didn’t find any loose connections. I am unsure why it’s says this, but I did put a .06mm hardened steel nozzle in it before installing it. Maybe this is why its giving an error? Anyway..I have another hot end I will try to install and not change the nozzle to see if that is the issue. Any help with this or direction would be great. Thanks

Generally, it’s saying “not heating as expected” when the thermistor wire got damaged during the mounting

Could be, but after replacing the hot end again, it works as expected. I installed it exactly like the last new hot end, so I am skeptical that i damaged the thermistor wires. Maybe it was a bad one?
