How can this be explained on the Ender 5 Max?
It prints normally only when the heated bed is turned off during the print. I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
I checked everything for days before discovering this tip from another Ender 5 Max owner.
I have received no response from Creality Support.
Creality — can you please respond? After four days of troubleshooting, an answer would be greatly appreciated. I need this machine working.
