Please someone help the printer was working perfectly fine before i updated the firmware after the update the screen boots up but nothing is on there if you click on the screen some messages show up and stuff you can back out of it but idk what to do I’ve reflashed it and all that the mirco sd card is a 4090 8gb partition and evrey thing so their should be no reason that is shouldn’t work
I have the same issue firmware
e update worked on screen board, then following instructions I put the board firmware on SD card formatted to fat 32 and allocation size 32kb. I put the required bin file on SD card.
When turn printer on it just freezes on Creality with loading bar stuck.
Nothing else happens.
I’ve been trying to fix this for 2 weeks now. I cannot find a solution. Ok
Same problem on my machine. The touch screen stopped responding after an update supplied by Creality.
