"My 3D printer suddenly stops during printing. The X and Y axes move to the farthest position, the bottom left corner. The printer pauses. When I press the continue button, it forgets all the values and resets the bed and nozzle temperatures. I usually use Cura slicer. I can’t solve the problem. The motherboard is Atmega.
Had this on my Ender 5 plus when there was insufficient cooling to either the motherboard or PSU. Upgraded the fan on the PSU to a 120mm and motherboard fan I found one with double the throughput. The PSU was the main one, but it is a 12V should be 24V so needs a bit of electrical work. Anyway overheating was my problem might not be yours. Oh I have mine on 1.5" higher feet for airflow, found on thingiverse, mine are in TPU but PLA would probably do, its not exactly a high speed beast.
