Have a Ender 5 S1 and a sonic pad. On my second sonic pad, returned one thinking it was faulty. Problem didn’t change with the second pad so trying to flash the printer back to stock as the screen shuts off when using a sonic pad.
Have tried flashing the display back (screen powers on, as I can see a bit of a backlight but that’s it)
So creality tech support if your monitoring the forum (I’ve contacted you already in regards to the sonic pad not time lapsing and crashing during prints etc?) Care to weigh in on 2 of your product issue’s, or lets ignore and pretend…
Ps both sonicpads NEVER time lapsed, NEVER connected to the cloud, ALWAYS rebooted spontaneously…
