Hi guys,
I have issue with my ender 5 s1, and I need some help. After x amount of time printing, my ender 5 s1 decide to webbing as I doing some printing, inspect my hotend, I notice that my hotend was crack and leaking filament at the hotend block. So I order and replace a new hotend. While I replacing the hotend, I accidentally rip out the connector on the extruder circuit board, end up soldered the wire to the extruder circuit board. The printer was printing fine for a month. After that all of the sudden it was randomly stop printing. At first it will stop after 2hrs print. Then eventually it will stop after 15mins and show hardware error on my sonic pad. I have notice that while it was heating the nozzle up, the temp will drop below zero and threw error msg. At that moment I decided to replace a new extruder circuit board, another new hotend, and new extruder cable. After new parts installed, i have issue calibrating it, the printer head will stuck and threw error and turn out z axis has no reading. Got a new z-axis motor. Attempt to recalibrate, the printer head stuck again. Power off the print couple time, finally got it calibrate. But when I print, very randomly it will be throw an error and the stop the print and the nozzle was stuck on the print. I have swapped a new usb cable from sonic pad to my printer. But still doing it. Anyone see this problem before? Thanks in advance
