Ender 5+Stuck on boot screen

Hello!

I’m having an issue with my Ender 5+. When I turn on the printer the screen lights up and displays the top image. There is no loading bar like usual. I’ve tried connecting the printer to my laptop to try to re-flash the firmware, and the serial port pops up in device manager but Cura can’t detect the printer. USB printing is enabled. Does anyone have any ideas?

I just had the same problem. The following fixed it.
First I powered up without a SD card. It booted correctly but not able to print without SD card.
Next removed several files from the root directory to a sub directory, It booted correctly.
