ender KE extruder on K1C

I have a K1C which was giving me issues with extrusion, I just took apart the extruder and have found the plastic drive gear is missing some teeth.

I have an Ender 3 v3KE that has been giving me issue for a while, but has a perfectly functional extruder, would i be able to take the existing extruder from the KE and swap it to the K1C?

Failing that, should i replace it with a stock extruder, or upgrade?

I am pretty sure V3 SE is sprite, its may be slight differ, but if it V3 / Plus its same extruder as K1.

Its plastic gears (POM). If you’re printing higher chamber, you may be better with all metal gears but those need to grease gear (more maintenance).
