Ender V# unknown exception 3000

We bought this for Christmas last year and still haven’t gotten it to work.
Our first issue was an easy fix with the voltage.

Now, it turns on to preheat and starts spinning and then pops up “unknown exception 3000” and never gets past the warmup.

I can’t find any help online, and my kids are so sad that we have this awesome thing that we can’t even get to work the first time and can’t get any support!

also, have you tried to print the boat or cube which is already in the storage ?

Finally, you said “fix with the voltage”. You mean that it was set at 220V while your home is at 110V ? Or the contrary ?
