hi , using ender 3 v3 plus , i have some banding issues just in Y axis in both sides, i’ve checked the bed belts it didn’t seem to be loose or too tight, the only unusual thing ive seen is those small rubber pieces
It does look like your belt is worn - hard to tell from that photo. I haven’t had to replace any of mine on my e3v3+ printers yet, but I would definitely start there.
