I am writing because the 3D printer that I ordered appears to be operating abnormally. I attached two videos about what is happening. This event occurs at the start of 3D printing and during self inspection. After that, the printer appears to be working normally. The printer is an Ender3 V3 plus. Also, the print head already damaged the PEI printing surface.
