help I can’t seem to update my ender 3 v2 neo’s firmware and now it appears to be bricked what do I do
I did follow the instructions on how to update firmware:
- format sd card to fat 32 and rename to TF card
- put in the formatted card TJC_SET and the .bin file
- rename the .bin file, insert into printer while turned off and then turn on the printer.
this has not worked and the printer just turns on and stays at the creality loading screen with no loading bar and the controls do nothing.I do not know what am I doing wrong (possibly not formatting the card correctly as the chrome interface doesn’t allow you to select allocation unit size but this should not matter as linux also does not allow you to do so)
I have also installed a filament detector.
