My Ender 3 v2 Neo will level, but when you heat the nozzle and the bed, when you go to print the printer fans turn on and the progress bar just fills up to 100% with the machine not having done anything.
any tips/tricks or advice will be greatly appreciated

Is the gcode prepared for your printer model - did you create slicing by yourself or is it a file from the internet? Maybe there is some slicing file issue, when the printer doesn’t recognize the commands. If you’re sure that the model is sliced correctly maybe re-slicing would work. Please give us more information, so we could help better.
