Can’t download files from thingiverse
Download the STL manually on the STL site that you want to use and import the file in the slicer. Thingiverse is owned by Ultimaker so it’s not diretcly included in the Creality App of course.

I just checked out Thingiverse a few minutes ago and didn’t have any problems downloading… I think you have to make an account there. It’s free though… 
Have you tried any other sites…?
