Ender3v2 nozzle is too lowperature disply reads 89°C hotend is 200°C

E3v2 new thermistor, new probe, new wiring. After a firmware crash after faiked bltouch install my display reads 88°C when the hotend is actually at 200°C actual…tyia

Hello Yoteach1o1, Welcome,

Maybe re-check the wiring with the thermistor (plugs).
You may need to take the thermistor out (carefully as they are fragile) , check it and then put it back (all the way).

Cheers.

I did that with a second thermistor temp reading unchanged… thinking l must have a board issue room is 20°C and it shows 86°C when l turn the printer on. Thank you

Hello Yoteach1o1,

I am not familiar with that printer, but is it possible to have the thermistor out but still plugged in ?

If so, turn the printer on and while lightly squeezing the thermistor check the temperature reading to see if it goes up over the air temp of the room but not higher than your body temp.

Cheers,
