Error 2562, Communication with the Hot Bed MCU is Abnormal

I encountered the error "key:2562, Communication with the Hot Bed MCU is Abnormal.”

After resetting my printer and turning it back on, it began a self-check. However, when it reached the input shaping stage, all the fans stopped, and after 2m, the same error 2562 appeared.
I checked all the connections and the Z-axis movement, and everything seemed normal, but the issue persists.
Is there anything else I can try to resolve this problem?
Or if anyone have fix for this problem I like to have assistance in this.

It look like strain gauge pcb under the bed is faulty, if its failing to home z.

Maybe, but the printer is stop before the first homing, I’m thinking about the under bed mcu, what do you think?
By the way Creality will send me all this parts

Yeah the that strain gauge mcu, would have replace and see how that goes, or check if connection all secured.

Exactly, I checked all the connections they are still glued from the factory, no movement or any change,

I hope this will fix the problem, next week I will receive the components from Creality and I start working on it

My printer is now back to normal operation after receiving the replacement bed MCU board from Creality. The issue was indeed with the MCU.

Creality also sent a replacement bed and four strain gauges, and I must say the support was handled in a very professional manner.

Hi, I am currently having the same issue and error code as you did, so if you wan me, would you start with the hotbed kit?

As I explained in the post , you need to replace the bed MCU

In my case only the MCU was faulty.
