How did you get them to do that? All I seem to get out of them is subterfuge. Now they tell you to get Calibration Firmware 1.1.3.14.2, but have no idea where to find it and can not find it internally to send to you. I wouldn’t mind getting new pcbs and strain gauges, but they just keep emailing me back, with two day delays and pointing to the wiki page https://wiki.creality.com/en/k2-flagship-series/k2-plus/belt-auto-tension-calibration that requires this damn calibration firmware that they are unaware of !
Damn, it’s like I am caught in a very slow loop with them. Are they are hoping I give up and buy a H2S??? They already have my money for this POS K2 Plus Combo.
so i managed to fix the error and get rid of it. after all the parts they sent me it didnt fix it. i ended up buying a belt tenson device and found that both belts were out by around 2 newtons. but because both belts meet at the hotend after i adjusted the X axis i still got the error my Y axis never gave me the error but once i adjusted it a little the error went away for the X axis and all seems to be working fine now. i followed the old process and never tried the firmware they recommended.
