I bought a brand-new Creality H1. Upon turning it on, I got error CL2357. We performed a factory reset; the test print went perfectly, and the first actual print was perfect too. Then the printer turned off. When I turned it back on, the same error (CL2357) appeared. I tried resetting it again, but the error persists. I’ve checked all the connections—disconnected and reconnected everything—yet the error remains. What else should I check?
