Error code 2529 in ender 3v3 3D printer

Hello everyone.
I bought this printer ender 3v3 ,15 days ago and have only used it twice and now it is not working and I am getting error code 2529. I think the problem is with the axes and I don’t know where the problem is.

2529 Error Trouble Shooting | Creality Wiki.

Have you tried the troubleshooting on that page?

Yes, but my problem was not solved. The last time it printed fine two days ago, but then it gave an error.

I don’t know how to set up organizations.

Phenomenon description

looks like an email to customer support.

Thanks for your advice. I think it worked like a miracle, it started working.

When I turn off the device and turn it on after a while, I encounter the same problem again.:woman_facepalming:t2:

Have you tried the troubleshooting that I posted? At worst you may need to look at the strain gauges.

Yes, I tried but it didn’t work.
I don’t know how it worked an hour ago. I think it works whenever it wants.

Contact customer services, it sounds like there is a problem with the strain gauges. If you got it off Amazon just send it back for a replacement.

Yes, I have to do the same.

Yes I had the same issue. At first, for a few weeks after purchase. the printer worked great with no issues. Then it would happen almost everytime after first power up but I could power down then up again and it would work. Now it happens almost every power-up even after power down and up like before the issue does not go away.

Oddly it even acted like it had calibrated but it was in mid-air. I figured what the heck, lets try a print. As you would expect it was completely lost, looked like it was going to print in mid-air, so I had to power it off.

So I contacted Creality, they took a while to respond but it was over Thanksgiving. They responded with a generic message about doing what the wiki says, even though I noted I had before that. So I explained again that did not work and told them I thought the sensor board or sensor were not working. after a few more days they said they would send the replacement parts and now I am waiting.

Hope it does not take to long.

Creality was a little slow answering my emails. Maybe 3 to 5 business days. But the agreed to send the need parts and it arrive very quickly. 2 to 3 days.

It does take time to replace the parts but kind of fun if you like this stuff but I also worried the whole time I would mess it up.

Powered up, did a new full calibration and away I when printing and re-calibrating with zero issues. Very happy with my Ender 3 V3 as well as Creality support…
