Out of nowhere, it stopped working and even if we turn it on/off, its flips and then the languages become squares on the screen. There’s nothing I can do.
I tried downloading the latest firmware, but my computer always says it could be dangerous and even if I download it, it says the file is damaged and can’t be read.
I don’t know what to do
