I bought my printer in July this year (Ender 3 V3 KE) and after 2 months of use it presented an error yesterday in the middle of printing and it no longer prints. Key 2510 - Sensor Temperature Error. I’ve turned it off and on again a few times, waiting a few hours, but the error message persists.
When researching I saw that it could be a bead temperature sensor problema but the printer is still under warranty (only 2 months of use). Has anyone experienced this problem? How to solve it?

Ok. I believe that I have to open the printer in that case but if I open the printer to check if the heat bed temperature sensor is properly connected, troubleshoot the sensor’s wiring terminal, and the main board socket as mencioned I will lose the 1 year warranty. The printer is less than three months. How do I proceed in this case? Could you help me?

Creallity service center did reply to me with a lot of questions. But I could solve my problem (replace the heat bed with sensor under warranty) through my local distributor. Hopefully you will be able to do the same.
