So I have upgraded my K! Max with CFS and it works a treat and well done to Creality for making the upgrade available. But I did not like the poop falling into the base of the machine. So I decided to copy the arrangement on the newer Creality machines with CFS (and the Bambu Machines) and install and an external poop chute. This is not for everyone as it requires a hole cutting in the back of the machine but I am a retired mechanical engineer and so I have the tools to do this reasonably safely. Attached are pics of the finished mod and I am pleased to report that the chute works brilliantly, dropping poop in the plastic bin at the rear.

Hello just wondering what tool did you used to cut it and where can I find the file
I cut my with Dremel, drilled the holes in the corners first.
Used the outer part as a guide and did the marking on the outside hex plastic.
