Extruder at 500°C error XS2092

My machine was printing normally when suddenly in the second layer I heard a strange sound coming from the extruder, then smoke began to come out and raise the temperature, pause the print, remove the filament and screen began to show XS2092 error. I turned off the machine, let it cool and it still shows the same error and after a few seconds on smoke comes out of the surroundings of the extruder and a burnt wire smell… does anyone have any idea it could be?

Context: I don’t have much time with the printer, maximum I will have two months and I have another one that has almost 3 months with me and has worked well.

500°C ?!

Looks like the thermistor of the hotend is done for
Have you tried to take a look at the hotend ?
