Hello i have bought just a new creality k2 plus combo and no one sees to know what has happened to my printer, i have used it like 3 weeks and suddenly one day it just stopped working, extruder rolls go the wrong way pushing filament out not sucking it in!
what can i do? For more infomation i dont know on the video ectracts a little filament an suddenly starts to push out after it has spinned a few minutes in the wrong direction it stops. Then i need to open the extruder because the filament is clogged betveer the wheels.
