Extruder temperature is always 220°C

Hello,

how can i change the default temperature for extruding? I’m using eSun ABS, and everytime i change the fillament, i can’t extrude fillament because the temperature jumps to 220°C. - required are min 240°C.

The google KI recommend to change parameters within printer_params.cfg:

[custom_macro]
default_bed_temp: 50
default_extruder_temp: 220
g28_ext_temp: 140

But, if I change the default extruder temp, temperature is still 220°C.

Did anyone know, where I can change this?

Dont think you need that to get abs printing. Did you select the right fillament in the slicer ? Have you selected abs on the printer under fillament ? Sounds like the printer thinks he need to print pla.

The machine remembers what filament was last used. When switching from asa to pla it extrudes, for me, at the asa temp. Perhaps that is what is happening. I have not had any issues with extruding asa when pla was in there before.
