I attempted to print a simple dragon had printed it the day before and came down and this had happened I am not sure how to correct.
Sheesh, I can’t tell what’s hot end and what’s filament…what filament is it? I’d suggest turning the hot end on, getting a cheap toothbrush and getting the majority of the material away like that. Then when you can see the gears through the filament, you can keep chipping away and see what bits you might need to replace. Work quickly at the start. It may be possible to pull off big chunks if you melt the middle but keep a crusty shell on the outside…

^^ that and if you have a heatgun use that too, be very careful of the wires, the thermistor is really easily broken. Soldering iron is quite useful for removing blob of death. Should be fixable with care, take it slow and steady.
Something else to try,
