I’m new to using laser engravers, but I’ve just started using my new Falcon 10W laser, and it was working great for a day or so. However, halfway through an engraving pattern, the laser suddenly stopped working, and it won’t come back no matter what I try. I contacted customer support, but they were not helpful at all and kept asking me to try a test print, which I cannot do with the laser firing. So I’m hoping someone here may have an idea or clue for me to try.
