I just received my Falcon 2 22W laser. After assembly I was able to update the firmware on the frame by changing the .bin file name but for some reason no matter what o try the laser module wont update. I just keeps flashing three yellow lights indefinitely.
That’s how I got the frame to work but the module wont read the firmware. I read to change the names on the files, that worked for the frame, nothing is working for the laser module itself, just flashes yellow indefinitely.
I will suggest to format the memory card to FAT32. Some of the board don’t like the other extFat or NTFS. Recommend a memory card 8GB or less.

I know that sometimes, the flashing part, specially on the lase module, is quite fast.
Once it’s been updated, you won’t see anything because it knows the file you have is the same.
I unfortunately can’t remember how fast it was on my Falcon Pro2 22w, but I know someone reported it’s easy to miss.
Isn’t there some commands you can send to the laser throught the console to get the firmware version?
