Falcon 2 60W out of Focus

I have a new Falcon 2 - 60Watt. Planned to use it as an engraver, but thus far I cannot get the laser to focus well enough. There seem to be 2 issues:

a.) The focal point is about 0.4mm while the specifications say it should be 0.18mm.
I scanned lines at 0.5mm distance and the lines just become separated. (see picture)
I tried a various focal distances and no improvement.

Is there a way to optimize the focal point on the laser head?

b.) When scanning the left scanning and the right scanning lines are offset by about 0.3mm.
This topic was discussed in another post. However, I could not find any loose screws or bad wheels. The only way to eliminate this problem was to disable the “Bi-directional fill” in LightBurn.

Any help regarding focus is much appreciated.

I am having the same out-of-focus issue with my 60W falcon pro. When using the laser on 20W mode, the point is far smaller. I would love to get this working better. As it is, the 60W is mostly unusable
