Falcon 2 Pro 22w - Camera Calibration

Ive had my falcon 2 Pro 22w for about a week now and really happy with the few things i have produced so far, im using Lightburn and went through the calibration/camera set up no problem.

The issue i’m having is that the camera is slightly off which isnt a major problem when cutting from a piece of plywood size of the bed as i can frame it and know its ballpark in the right place.

My problem arises when im trying to engrave on some small wooden keyrings i have made the engraving is going off centre. i have re done the calibration a few times in lightburn to get better results but its still not fully in register.

Is anyone able to help me get it dialled in that had the same problem?

im wondering if

  1. is there a way to manually adjust the camera to compensate for the slight registration issues
  2. The resolution is kinda low on the built in camera - is there a better camera i could use instead with better resolution so things are clearer
  3. Or maybe an additional camera mounted to the laser head itself for targeting more exactly?

The laser world is all very new to me so i appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction
Thanks in advance.
Matt

Watch the end of this. It shows how to fine tune the camera. Glad I found this because about all of the so called experts that make their own setup videos leave the last part out.
Hope this helps.

Hi there , new to the game, recently purchased a falcon 2 40 watt , I followed these instructions twice, both times my laser alignment with the 1-4 is mirrored , so it is cutting the image as if below , when I did it earlier, and aligned the numbers in the correct order, it changed the camera view on my screen , but wasn’t true to what actually was on the bed, what am I missing here ?
Not sure if I’m being trivial here , but in the camera alignment setup, the image they show that I should match , has the Ali bed slats at a different angle , I assumed that the images shown are referencing front as bottom of screen , and back of bed as top of image ???
