Falcon 2 Pro 40W Problem with Lens

Hi. I have a Creality Falcon 2 Pro 40W laser from you since May of this year. Everything was fine until yesterday. Since yesterday, the “Lens” light keeps turning on during cutting. I reset, continue working, and it turns on again after a few seconds. I turn off the device, clean the lens, turn it back on, and the problem reoccurs. The lens light only turns on during cutting, not engraving. Additionally, the laser has lost its power. What can I do in this situation? How can I fix the problem?

The lens looked ok when you cleaned it?
You could do a wall test to see if all diodes are still present.
The 40W should have 8 diodes in 40W mode and 4 in 22W mode.
Wear the protection goggles, turn on the laser at 1% and aim it at a white wall or another flat white surface from 1m or so away (and away from you all the time, do not look into the laser), you should then see the individual lines.
If there’s something electronically wrong with the module and resetting does not fix it you probably have contact customer support.

Thank you for your response. I replaced the lens with a new one, and the problem still persists. I have already written to support, but while waiting for their reply, I am looking for information elsewhere. I’d gladly do the test, but I have a question (sorry if it’s a silly one, but this is my first experience with a laser): the laser doesn’t turn on when I have the red cover open. How can I bypass that?
