I bought a new Falcon 2 Pro and completed the setup, but the camera isn’t covering the entire engraving area. The front part of the machine is outside the camera’s field of view, so I can’t perform the calibration. What could be the reason for this? I apologize for my poor English; I used a translator.
Can you send a screenshot? (Open the camera in VLC, take screenshot).
Is it mounted properly if you look at it from below?
Ive got similar problem and have to engrave something then after refresh view from camera and found sligh movement. Ive try about 4 times calibrate camera. Any solutions?
I have the same problem with the camera. It doesn’t show the front, and I’ve tried all the methods. There was a time when it did show it, but when I switched to a different USB port, it no longer showed the front.
