Can anybody help me please 
I have a falcon A1 10 watt laser cutter engraving machine only used for the 4th time today now the start button is flashing and won’t let me operate what to do please

can you try it via USB cable and connected to a computer using Falcon Design Space?
Maybe the file on the microSD card is not found if you try offline engraving. If it works with Falcon Design Space try to put a working GCODE file in the root directory for offline engraving and it should work again.
Otherwise, try to:
Put the machine flat and stable
Start the Falcon, press the microswitch on the control box
If it doesn’t work press the button again for >3 seconds
If it doesn’t work turn it off again, unplug and reseat the laser head cable, power on again
If still flashing, reflash firmware using the microSD card
