Hi I’ve just bought the A1 and been using it for a week now but the framing before cutting is very erratic many times the laser just nudges the home position a few times but doesn’t frame and then there is an intermittent beeping . Any ideas what’s happening or what I’m doing wrong?
Hi Ricky, when the beeping occurs are there any error messages appearing in Falcon Design Space, or the console tab of Lightburn?
If you have the A1 Pro with the touch panel, check the logs on there for errors too.
Also worth doing a firmware update (I know I know, stating the obvious!) and re-running any calibration tests in Falcon Design Space or Lightburn.
If all the above fails then a support ticket may be needed, let us know how you get on.
Hi thanks for your message, no error messages come up in falcon design space ( I have a falcon A1). I did have a pop up that said I had a new firmware to download and install but every time I tried it just said to me that it failed.
I managed to install the firmware manually (I think) .
I then tried the machine and it did frame the work and it did cut okay. So fingers crossed

I have had my Falcon A1 for two days …..setting up and trying to get used to it..This morning will still learning it after a few test runs it now looks to be about 20mm out when framing.
My framing on my CREALITY FALCO A1 is about 20mm off…I have had the machine about a week…It was fine at first …now the calibration is off…I have homed the head and tried mulitple times to set up the head using the DOT card and printed Template where you join the lines…I have drawn a box on some cardboard and framed it with a created rectangle and placed the rectangle on the drawn lines but it laser tracks about 200mm off the drawn box…I have restarted my laptop… uninstalled and re-installed design studio multiple times but the result is the same

Calibration offset only good upto 5mm this is about a 20mm offset
sent the above to CREALITY support…..its a great piece of kit but i thought it might last more than TWO Days of just getting used to it…..
I am hoping they come back with a solution or I will be looking to request a replacement……I still want the machine its a great piece of TECH……
